This page explains how the UWIKA Electrical Engineering Study Program website manages personal data, in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Data we collect
- Interest/registration forms: name, WhatsApp number, school, concentration, role (student/parent), email (optional), and the visit source (e.g. ad parameters or Mission 2038 results).
- Open Lab & school visit bookings: name, WhatsApp, school.
- Alumni accounts: name, student ID, cohort, graduation year, email, WhatsApp, and the career data you enter yourself.
Purposes of use
Contacting you about new student admissions, program activities and alumni services; compiling anonymous statistics; and for tracer studies and accreditation.
Who can see it
Applicant data can only be accessed by admissions officers and program admins. Alumni student IDs and WhatsApp numbers are never shown publicly; alumni profiles are shown only with the owner’s permission.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting elektro@widyakartika.ac.id.
